F8 shortcut key for external tools does not work

Since I upgraded to feisty I have got a problem with shortcut for external tools in gedit. When I give the F6 or F8 shortcut key for one of the tools (and only these two keys as far as I know) then, nothing happen when I press the key (while, for the same tool, it works fine if I use F5 or F7 key).

I can confirm that.

Same problem with feisty, i386 and gedit 2.18.1-0ubuntu1

I think the reason is http://www.gnome.org/learn/access-guide/2.14/keynav-11.html (To Navigate Paned Windows). But actually I don't know how to fix it. Maybe someone can help me :)
