Bug Description

site.pp.example needs cinder_enable added

in addition:
the cinder driver option needs to be parameterized, along with associated examples of configuring for other common storage types

The stackforge of puppet-cinder already has this written. No need to duplicate the puppetry. site.pp.example will just need the parameter documentation.
