Bug Description

CiteSeer X is an important repository for metadata. It would be great if we could harvest data from their repository. This is a simple request to add this feature to Referencer.

Yes, this would be nice. Last time I looked there was no Python client for the CiteSeerX database, but it seems that the pyoai library at http://infrae.com/download/OAI/pyoai might work. If someone wants to try to put together the pieces they are very welcome :-)
