That sentence is not present in the debian package 4:4.10.2-2, should be synced.

Problem is: the sync seems to be manually done by MVO for now. The export to production as well. I'd very much like it to be done daily for the sync with Debian, and weekly for the push to production.

I was referring to sync between debian and ubuntu package descriptions here, not sync to lp translations...
