I also have windows that move to the top of the screen when I change a window. I use 12.04

Bug Description
This bug appears already as #942518.
My expertise in Ubuntu is limited. I have had aggravations ever since switching from 10.04 to 12.04.
For future changes, I would vote for less artistry and more stable behavior.
