empathy needs SSL to connect but it doesn't have how to change it.

Bug Description
Empathy can't connect to Gtalk, because it needs SSL (over port 443) but it doesn't have how to turn on that choice in preferences screen. So it stays asking for right password over and over again.

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version.
