Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I clicked on the icon to install pending routine updates (Ubuntu 8.04, everything fine otherwise)
E: dkpg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dkpg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E:_cache->open() failed, please report.
So I'm reporting.
