Bug Description
Tested with latest lp:mixxx/1.11 on Windows 8
res/skins/

res/controllers/*
As for the skins, it`s a simply typo( see patch)
Mixxx.nsi says "Remove midi mappings/scripts that we may have installed" so i guess the scripts should have been removed too. But they dont.

Patch looks good. I think we don't remove controllers/* in case the user has modified them. Sean can comment more.
