Bug Description
i am using ubuntu 13.04 and even at a first glance i have the dash background full of small tiles, like a mosaic.

i heard that is a problem with radeon driver. i have a dell dell inspiron 1521, ati mobility radeon x1270 (rs690)
on 12.04 it works fine.
