Bug Description
In order to support non structural losses we need to modify the exposure schema by:
1) adding nonstco element to the assetDefinition tag
2) adding nonStcoType and nonStcoUnit attribute to the exposureList tag
the type of 1) is a double describing the unit non-structural cost for an asset like for the stco and coco value
the types of 2) are analogous to the ones specified for cocoType and cocoUnit.
