Bug Description

I've got this problem that the Battery indicator doesn't update automatically. Last time i used Elementary without charger, the indicator didn't change at all and in the end my laptop shut down. Currently i am clicking on the indicator every 10 mins to see the progress of my battery life. The indicator doesn't change but i can see the time i have left.

I have a Vaio VPCEJ.

Annnnnnd its back.

This bug has been associated with prioritizing mouse battery status over laptop battery status, but after recent updates, here we are again. This makes my laptop un-portable, as I never know when it will run out of power.

This is probably an easy fix.

Loki. Just wanted to mention that killing wingpanel or logging out does not seem to cause it to update. It does show i.e. epiphany as using a lot of power, but not how much is left.
