linaro_android_build_cmds.sh uses incorrect toolchain

There is a fix released https://code.launchpad.net/~pundiramit/linaro-android-build-tools/toolchain_prefix/+merge/160293 for a similar bug #1170745 and I think it got merged just after you cut this release build. I do not have access to download scripts (?) from galaxynexus-linaro download page so I can not verify whether the script is fixed or not.
