Okay...this is time for 13.10's final beta cycle. This is a BLOWN package that precludes a RAFTLOAD of things being installed.

WHAT THE H*LL GIVES CANONICAL/UBUNTU?!

Ok...workaround for those screwed up by messed up dependencies:

- Forcibly remove *ANYTHING and EVERYTHING* that needs emacsen-common.
- Install xemacs21 and let it install all the dependencies, including emacsen-common.

From there, you *SHOULD* be able to install everything else you need to.
