Select Music Folder window doesnt close after the application is closed

Bug Description
I am runnng 64-bit version of Elementary OS from LiveUSB on Lenovo G560 laptop.
I opened Noise then opened the 'Locate' button (my music directory was empty). I closed the application using the close button. The Select Music Folder window still remains open even after the application is closed.
I think ideally the Select Music Folder window should either closed or the user shouldn't be able to use close the application while Select Music Folder window is open.
Note: Please forgive me if I have not reported the issue in a proper manner.
