maven 3.0.4-3 will not install on Ubuntu 13.04

Bug Description

When executing "sudo apt-get install maven" on Ubuntu 13.04 I get the following output and the installation fails:

$ sudo apt-get install maven

When I look in synaptic it says that the install of maven is broken and that the version of maven that I'm trying to install is 3.0.4-3
