bookmarks are gone after upgrade

Bug Description

with the Ubuntu upgrade to 13.04, all my bookmarked folders in the sidepane of Nautilus 3.6.3 are gone. there are only the standard system bookmarked folders like Pictures, Videos, Downloads...
