Booting on serial console make serial console unuseable

Bug Description

As in topic.. booting ubuntu on a headless sparc results in the console being
unuseable.
Probably it is related to the lsb/init script changes.

Notable is that the terminal is 80 col and all the [OK] is misplaced to a new line.

Just for reference if somebody will hit this problem.

This is realted to a wrong inittab installed at the end of the installation process.
Debian gets it right so i think we should do the same ;)

This is fixed with the latest rootskel.
