Bug Description
In Ubuntu 13.04, you can disable the online search in the dash via the privacy settings.
But the name of the tooltip text doesn't change. In German it is: "Ihren Rechner und Online-Quellen durchsuchen", in English something like: "Search your computer and online sources"
This is wrong, when you have disabled the online search.
The tooltip text should be in this case: "Ihren Rechner durchsuchen" and in English: "Search your computer"
