Bug Description

I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring).

Every time I invoke Synaptic I have to type my password, even if I just ran it 30 seconds before. That's tiring. Synaptic provides a file com.ubuntu.pkexec.synaptic.policy that specifies an authentication policy for polkit. Currently it specifies the 'auth_admin' policy, which means I have to type my password every time. I think it should use 'auth_admin_keep' instead, which will keep the authorization for a brief time after I enter it.
