Bug Description
nautilus/
On trying to open the "clustalx" textfile nautilus is trying to to this with the application Clustal X.
To explain this: clustalw is the background program for Clustal X
, so there is some logic in it that a "clustalw" file provoce a call of Clustal X (the last is the graphical frontend).
Anyway, this misbehaviour is just wrong.
Steps to reproduce:
-------
1.Install clustalw
2.Install clustalx
3.call a termainal and give the follwowing line
man clustalw > clustalw
(you see it redirects the aoutput to a simple textfile named clustalw -> the textfile mentioned above)
4.Call nautilus and switch to the directory where the textfile from the redirect in step3 is saved(properly your actual working directory.
5. Try to open clustalw with simple double clicking
6. See nothing
7.Use right mouse click on the clustalx textfile and see in the menu that nautilus try to use Clustl X to open the textfile -> this could not work.
Additional:
-----------------
Nautilus must choose also in this case the system editor for open the clustalw file produced in step3: By default gedit
