Bug Description

I have installed Ubuntu 13.04 and it keeps locking up upon login so bad that nothing works, the keyboard nor mouse give any response. I checked my computer memory and it passed and no other hardware is going bad. I have to do a hard reboot each time and it seems that after twice doing a hard rebbot and running fsck ubuntu works fine. My specs are

Ubuntu 13.04 Beta 2
Intel® Celeron(R) CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz
Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset x86/MMX/SSE2
2gb Memory
