Bug Description
I have found that ffmpeg test failed on big.LITTLE RC-1 build 13.04.
Which results 4 test cases related to ffmpeg failed.
The root cause of these failures are ffmpeg command did found. which is missing from android build.

The build dependency of systemtarball on ffmpeg is kind of broken hence ffmpeg did not get built as part of system tarball
