Bug Description
If a MR has a conflict there's a regular small non-bold text in the summary, for example:
"Text conflict in debian/changelog"
It would be a lot more helpful if it were big and red or an equivalent that fits well with Launchpad's UI.
The proposer could even get an automated email as such conflicts are usually errors.
