keystone_host should be renamed by controller_host to avoid confusions

If we read https://github.com/danehans/puppet-openstack documentation, there is multiple node types.

In the manifests, keystone_host should be renamed by controller_host to avoid any confusion with the documentation.

Emilien, the controller_host means it contains keystone, glance, nova api and some services,not just the keystone.

I totally understand, but it could be interesting to rename it to avoid any confusion.
