Progress bar doesn't move when resuming from hibernation

Bug Description

Kubuntu 7.04/AMD64

When resuming from hibernation, the progress bar which is supposed to show resuming progress doesn't move. This is mainly a cosmetic glitch, but as resuming takes more than 30 seconds, I initially thought that it was not working.
Progress bar moving would allow user to know that the computer is still alive.

Confirming that this still happens in Hardy. Not a big issue, though.
