cannot upload subtitle on windows 8

Bug Description
I'm using OpenSubDownloader 2.0.18 on windows 8 and i'm having a issue regarding the Upload Subtitle tab.
It's just impossible loading a movie and further, loading a subtitle for it. Every time i try it, the movie and subtitle chosed from my computer just don't appear on CD1 line.
