invalid GPG key - is this a big problem?

i get this output when I do apt-get update, I am a new user and I am sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I don't know if the GPG error is a serious one, but I am concerned. can anyone explain?

It's not necessarily the biggest concern on your plate but it would be a good idea to get that key to suppress further errors from packages/upgrades from that server.
