problem whith background

Bug Description

I have a problem with the background . It's doesn't change there is no wallapper exept a white one . please help me . ubuntu 13.04 .if you have a solution please contact me as : <email address hidden> . Thanks Ubuntu !!!!

Please look these pictures . the problem arrived when I take a picture of my desktop . It's fix complitly in white . then I restart the X by Ctrl+Alt+bckspce and It's was a white wallpaper :

Did you upgrade to Nautilus 3.8 using the GNOME3 PPA, or is this problem showing up for you with the Raring-default Nautilus 3.6?
