Bug Description
gnome-sound-applet does not handle correctly the mouse scroll events (at least when running in xfce). the volume notification opens up but it maybe inches one notch ahead and then get's stuck there. actually, each time slider is manually opened by clicking on the laudspeaker icon, the scroll up produces only one single increment of volume. if the slider is closed and opened again, this can be repeated, again only for one notch...

thank you for your bug report, gnome-sound-applet is deprecated and will be dropped next cycle, also that could be a bug in xfce...
