Bug Description
When I introduced $MIR_NDK_PATH some time ago it was intended and worked as a pointer to a cache. So you could cache your chroot packages externally, but they always got updated (if required) on build.
This no longer works. If I have MIR_NDK_PATH defined, the chroot never gets updated. So I have missing dependencies and can't build.
