Bug Description
While following
http://
I encountered a few issues:
* make db-setup should be make dbsetup
* Several dependencies are missing for the web server:
** python-unittest2
** python-mock
** python-docutils
Perhaps also mention that if you're running a one-server setup, the package postgresql should also be installed.
