virtualbox-dkms 4.1.12-dfsg-2ubuntu0.2: virtualbox kernel module failed to build

This happened after installing kdm and all it's optional adds and restart and got this notice. I have still tried to copy/paste from host and that ran successfully, but I had already used the guest adds iso to run the installer successfully on a previous restart.
