Bug Description
The netbox listing in SeedDB displays the configured read and write communities of many devices on a single page. Although the need to keep SNMP communities secret is debatable, some users have expressed a wish to not be forced to list them all on a single page - visibility is only necessary in the Netbox edit form.

Implemented by replacing community strings with ****** on the seeddb/netbox page, as this is the most literal interpretation of the bug description. Users are encouraged to indicate alternatives.
