KDE Screensaver Panel no item is listed

In the KDE Screensaver Panel no item is listed
the Setup and Test buttons are not selectable

BUT: previous selected Random-Mode is running fine
this happend during manual dist-upgrade to feisty-herd4

Hi Tscheesy,

please tell us which version of ubuntu you are using and the exact package version (i.e. with dpkg -l kdebase).
Also it would be great if you could test if this issue still remains in Hardy Heron. If so please describe _here_ in as much detail as possible the steps to reproduce the bug.

this bug occured on feisty and still, after updating to gutsy (horde 3) it was present
then a new installation and selctive copying of home-folder config's restored my system
(please refer to the detailed qa attached )

after all it was a mixed system with ubuntu installed kde on top

i'm pulling this Bug Back because even for me - the poster of this Bug it's not reproducable anymore (.new system-settup..and a lot of time.)
