Bug Description
Mir currently has a build-dependency loop on Mesa - the mesa build needs libmirclient, and the Mir build needs a bunch of Mesa libraries. This will make getting Mir in the archive unnecessarily annoying, and makes our build process unnecessarily fragile (cf: bug #1167828)
