crashes while trying to mark old configuration files

This bug report is a duplicate of:
Bug #1097532: synaptic crashed with SIGSEGV in File() (or in pkgRecords::Lookup()) when trying to remove residual config files for packages without the fields: "Lastest Version" and "Description".

Bug Description
Synaptic crashes every time i try to mark and delete configuration files, which where left from removes packages.
Happens since upgrate to Raring.
The worst problem is, that apport-gtk crashes while reporting the problem...
.
