Today upgrade to kernel 3.8.0.18 kernel caused this again
Was already an issue with 3.8.0.17 kernel upgrade

Just happened on an upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04 on my computer. Unity does not load, and I'm writing this in a borderless window right now.

It might be this bug.
I haven't used the computer for a week and this happend after I updated my 13.04 installation today. I have had no problem with the Nvidia 314.10 driver before this.
