Bug Description
I'm on Ubuntu Raring. To see the problem:
1. Start CompizConfig Settings Manager and enable a new plugin, e.g. the JPEG image loading plugin.
2. The plugin will be loaded in compiz (as you can see in .xsession-errors).
3. Log out and log back in.
4. The plugin you enabled will not be loaded any more.
When you enable the plugin in CompizConfig it gets added to ~/.config/
To post a comment you must log in.
More specifically, every time Compiz starts it's apparently overwriting ~/.config/ compiz- 1/compizconfig/ unity.ini with the contents of /etc/compizconf ig/unity. ini, clobbering the previous set of selected plugins.
