"Save&Build" button doesn't work when creating a new build

Bug Description

When creating a new build (e.g. toolchain-4.8-2013.04), the save&build button saves the build, but doesn't start a build -- essentially just doing the same as the save button.

Running a build manually afterwards is ok.

I fixed this issue some time ago (was due API change on Jenkins side), retested now - it works.
