import wizard error

When i try to create a data templete, i get this error message:

    import jasper_create_data_template

    import wizard
ImportError: No module named wizard

If I comment the line1 in jasper_create_data_template.py, I can see the window of selection model, but pushing "create" the window disappear and I can't download the template.xml.
