silvafind: batch mode correction

silvafind has the same batch mode link "error" as silva sql sources reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/silva/+bug/116636

this works as long as your layout does not depend on metadata information. if the layout depends on metadata the second and any following search result pages will probably break:-(

with the "index_html":
http://www.infrae.com/products/silva/docs/search/index_html?fulltext=management&path=%2Finfrae.com%2Fproducts%2Fsilva%2Fdocs%2F&batch_start=20

works properly as well without the "index_html" and the link makes more "sense":

The batch in SilvaFind now uses the generic batch component silva.batch which doesn't have those bugs on URL generation.
