Video driver is not working in this Samsung any more

Bug Description

Seems it is with a lot of Samsung Laptops vidoe goes blank about every 25 seonds if your not typing or moving the mouse or hitting enter .. .
Since about the last few up dates and what ever it did in 3.5 upgrade left out the video drivers for a LOT of Samsung Laptops
and the i915 is the wrong driver to use for this thing something to do with Euie boot or so the report was
Did Samsung fix it or is 13.04 going to fix it ? as I have the latest BIOS

For the screen blanking issue I think you need to check your screensaver/power settings.
Sometimes when you update a packege it will also prompt you if you want to keep old settings or go for the new defaults. I think you hit 'y' on one of those occasions.

I have now been to Samsung web site and did a 40 minute chat and they say that the video driver is not in Linux and ask about the FEUI or if they knoew about it . . Got we dont know aything about it . . Now using Ubuntu 13.04 and still have same problem
