Bug Description
Exposing a deployed service works well, and right after exposing it the GUI representation is correct, i.e. the service is marked as exposed in the detail page and the icon near the service can be seen in the environment view.
After refreshing, that info is lost and the service seems unexposed.
This behavior suggests that the "exposed" flag is not correctly set when the delta stream arrives from juju-core.
