Bug Description

For Ubuntu 12.04: to be fully functional mobyle 1.0.4 needs the package python-dnspython. It isnt in the dependency list. Without this package, mobyle cannot send emails for user registration and/or long job completion.

python-dnspython is not mandatory for Mobyle.

INSTALL specifies:
dnspython >=1.5.0 is helpful to check user emails domain validity

In config, if dnspython is not installed, you should have:
DNS_RESOLVER = False

I think this is the case by default

After a quick install on my Ubuntu (latest mobyle release), DNS_RESOLVER is False by default in /etc/mobyle/Config.py

So dependency is not an issue.
