bluetooth discovery: nothing if found

Bug Description

In 12.10 (as well as in 13.04 & 12.04) "Set up a new device" opens the relevant window which searches & searches but finds nothing, though the Android phone is but a meter away (and fully discoverable in Windows 7).

This is reported against an old version of Ubuntu and many things has changed since then. Because of that we won't fix this issue however if this behavior repeats on a modern version please fill a bug report against it and we will take it from there.
