Bug Description

When I run friends-app from the cli, I get a window attached to the global menubar on the upper left side of the screen. I see the word "Friends" in the menubar. Hovering over the global menubar does not show me the three window buttons and there is no way to undock it from the menubar to resize, minimize, or close it. Alt-click does not grab the window.

I have Alt-down bound to maximize vertically, and when I do that, *then* the window gets undocked and I see the typical three buttons and window title bar. friends-app can then be moved and resized. Clicking on the maximize button does redock it to the global menubar at the new location, but again, hovering does not show the three buttons.

If i use the shortcut Super + S and them move the friends-app to the center of window, I can use the resize feature, and the alt space starts to work. But still a bug.

This is definitely a bug in the toolkit, not in friends. If you have the ubuntu-touch-coreapps PPA enabled, try running ubuntu-calculator-app (or any ubuntu-*-app at all) and they all behave just like this. But alt+drag is working for me and other people, not sure why it's not working for you, Barry. Still, it's not something that can be fixed in friends, it's a toolkit issue (we are just using the widgets given to us, and this is how they work).
