Linked pictures : broken links

Hi everybody,

If I open an Inkscape file with linked pictures.
And if this file is on an portable drive or if I change operating system, links to pictures are broken.

Include pictures into the SVG file is a solution, but the file is to large and unstable.
An other solution would be to make a local link (from the SVG file), supported by all OS.

My operating systems is Ubuntu 12.10.
My Inkscape versions is 0.48.3.1 r9886.

Si j'ouvre un document Inkscape avec des images liées.
Et si ce document est sur un disque portable ou si je change de système d'exploitation, les liens vers les images sont cassés.

Incorporer les images est une solution, mais elle alourdit les fichiers et les rends instables.
Une solution serait de pouvoir créer un lien local par raport au fichier Inkscape, compatible avec tous les OS.

Mon OS est Ubuntu 12.10.

Your issue has already been reported in Bug #170225 "relative image paths instead of absolute"
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/170225>, and thus I'm marking it duplicate.
