Please backport ddclient 3.7.1-0ubuntu1 from Gutsy

Bug Description

This new version has "lots of bug fixes" and builds cleanly in a Feisty i386 pbuilder. I've been using the backport for several days without problems and it upgrades gracefully from the Feisty version.
