Please backport dnsmasq 2.39-1 from Gutsy to Feisty

This upload covers two new upstream versions, includes several new features and fixes a regression. It builds cleanly in a Feisty i386 pbuilder and I've been using it for several days without any problems. There were no complications in the upgrade from the previous version.

What is the regression? That should probably be fixed via SRU first.

Fix rare hang in cache code, a 2.37 regression. This
probably needs an infinite DHCP lease and some bad luck to
