Bug Description

Nautilus transfers for a second or two, and then stops transferring for a second or two, then transfers for a second or two, then stops transferring for two seconds. This makes transfer rates very slow when dealing with a lot of large files.

There has been no activity here or mention of similar issues in years and it's likely resolved, closing but feel free to open a new report if you still have problems in newer versions
